A DAY CARE provider lost a 4-year-old boy in a Queens park Tuesday afternoon, cops said.

City Parks Department workers found the child wandering, alone and confused inside Juniper Valley Park in Middle Village at about 12:45 p.m., cops said. The boy could only provide his name, Emi. first

About 5 p.m., the NYPD’s 104th Precinct tweeted a photo of the youngster, grinning in a green-and-white striped Aeropostale polo shirt. “We are attempting to find his parents,” the posting read. Minutes later, police said the boy’s mother and father were contacted.

Oscar Jaramillo, 32, who runs the PeekABoo day care center with his wife out of their home on 85th St. and 89th Ave. in Woodhaven, called 911 to report Emi missing at 5:20 p.m., cops said.

Jaramillo told police he took his 8-yearold daughter and the boy to the park. He searched for the child and called cops hours later, authorities said.

Emi’s parents went to the precinct stationhouse to pick him up Tuesday night, cops said.

Jaramillo faces charges, police said.
