Hizzoner gets a little ballot help

ALBANY — Mayor de Blasio scored an electoral win Thursday when the state’s highest court ruled he could remain on the Working Families Party line in November.

The state Court of Appeals was being asked to boot de Blasio from the line because the Working Families Party did not meet state law in regards to giving its line to a nonmember.

Two lower courts dismissed the case with a technical finding the WFP state executive board wasn’t served the legal papers.

De Blasio campaign spokesman Dan Levitan said, “We are happy that this is resolved.”
