A MASKED BURGLAR broke into a freshman New York City Congressman’s Bronx office early Thursday, taking an iPhone and two laptop computers, police said.

Cops responded to a 911 call about a break-in at Rep. Adriano Espaillat’s district office on the Grand Concourse about 3 a.m. and found surveillance video of a masked man walking around the office.

The crook (photo) forced open a rear door and broke a glass window to get inside some time after midnight Thursday, police said.

He also ventured into a music studio in the basement of the building, but took nothing.

The thief stole a DVR with feeds from the security cameras, but didn’t realize that the footage was saved separately, police sources said.

Espaillat, a Democrat, represents Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood and parts of the Bronx. He serves on the House Foreign Affairs, Small Business and Education committees.

He was elected to Congress in November 2016, succeeding retired Rep. Charles Rangel. Calls to Espaillat’s office were not immediately returned.
