Eastwood was right on target while shooting scenes for “The 15:17 to Paris” in Arras, France. Eastwood is directing the flick, which tells the story of American soldiers who foiled a terrorist plot aboard a train bound for Paris in 2015. Eastwood is quoted as once saying, “I have a strict gun control policy: If there’s a gun around, I want to be in control of it.”
