CITY COUNCILMAN Ben Kallos was harassed by his mother’s boyfriend outside a community board meeting Friday, police sources said.

David Tash, 68, was arrested after he followed the politician out of his offices on E. 93 St. near Second Ave. on the Upper East Side, according to sources.

Tash showed up at a regular community meeting held on the first Friday of each month and then allegedly followed Kallos (D-Manhattan) when he walked outside.

The man started shouting at Kallos about mom, authorities said.

“Your mother is dying, Your mother is dying,” Tash repeatedly yelled at the councilman, police sources told the Daily News. Tash was arrested on the spot for harassment, authorities said.

Kallos, who was elected in 2013, represents the Upper East Side, East Harlem, Roosevelt Island and parts of Midtown. He is currently the chairman of the city’s Governmental Operations Committee.
