Scuba-do is cop’s collar of the day

A COP in scuba gear waded into the water early Monday to rescue an adorable pooch stranded on a submerged rock in the East River near Stuyvesant Town.

The white and brown dog — named Roger, according to his tag — stood terrified on the outcrop off E. 20th St. before Emergency Service Unit officers saved him about 7:30 a.m.

The dog was taken to the 13th Precinct stationhouse, where he was reunited with his owner.
