If it’s your birthday

Sooner or later, you will learn not to judge yourself so harshly, or even at all. The problem with judgments is that they are not true; and worse, that they have an agenda other than improvement. Take a broad-minded view of your own existence. Go out of your way to treat yourself fairly, and give yourself the benefit of any doubt. You may already strive for that, which is admirable, though you’re ready to take this to a new level. The world in its current state is thriving on denial. This is not a luxury, and nobody can afford it. Stand boldly in your reality at all times. OCT. 23-NOV. 21 It’s possible to refine your ideas without being hard on yourself. Aspire to making things a little better every time you do them. This counts for waiting tables, writing a novel or rehearsing for your first Broadway show. Lean into improvement, and use your tools gently. You are what you’re developing.
