THE PREGNANT 19-year-old woman shot in the head twice on a Brooklyn street underwent four hours of surgery but is expected to survive, relatives said Monday.

“She’s OK. They took the fragments off the brain and they said she was going to be all right and the baby is doing good,” said her mother Ruth Sparks, 59.

It has been touch and go since Sunday afternoon when Tytianna Sparks, was shot on Dean St. near Howard Ave. in Brownsville by a man who is still being sought.

Sparks (photo inset) was not the intended target, police said.

Medics rushed Sparks, who is five months pregnant, to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where she underwent surgery for more than four hours, relatives said. She is now in critical but stable condition.

Sparks had been slated to find out the sex of the baby on Monday.
