Tree-hit mom ‘will never be 100% again’

- Laura Dimon

A MOTHER of three remains bedridden and can’t walk to the bathroom on her own after a tree fell on her in Central Park, her lawyers said Wednesday.

Attorneys Jordan Merson and Tom Kline detailed some of the horrors that Anne Goldman has faced since the Aug. 15 incident as they filed a $200 million lawsuit against the city.

“She will never again,” Kline said.

Goldman fractured a vertebra as she protected her three young children from the massive elm tree.

While the Central Park Conservancy has said the safety of its 42 million yearly visitors is a top priority, no one has attempted to reach the 39-year-old mom or her family, Merson said.

“It would have gone a long way for this family,” he added. be 100%
