CIA boss rips Harvard
CIA DIRECTOR Mike Pompeo skipped a scheduled appearance Thursday at Harvard University and blasted the school for offering a fellowship to Chelsea Manning, the former military intelligence analyst who spent seven years in prison for leaking classified government secrets.
“Harvard’s actions,” he said, “implicitly tell its students that you too can be a fellow at Harvard and a felon under United States law . . . . I believe it is shameful for Harvard to place its stamp of approval upon her treasonous actions.”
