Rosie’s ex found dead in suicide

THE TROUBLED ex-wife of comedian Rosie O’Donnell has died of an apparent suicide.

Michelle Rounds, 46, was discovered in her home after taking her own life Monday.

O’Donnell, who split from Rounds (both below) in 2014 and divorced her two years later, released a statement Friday mourning the loss of her former spouse.

“I am saddened to hear about this terrible tragedy,” O’Donnell said. “Mental illness is a very serious issue affecting many families. My thoughts and prayers go out to Michelle’s family, her wife, Krista, and their child,” the former co-host of “The View” said. O’Donnell and Rounds adopted a daughter, Dakota, after tying the knot in 2012.

A bitter custody battle erupted when they split two years later.

The family said it would hold a private memorial service and no public funeral.
