There’s an added dose of realness here; Brighton’s decrepit warehouses housed the mentally unstable in the 1940s, including violent offenders. After decades of rot, it was reincarnated as a haunted attraction by enterprising locals. Today, bloodied-up actors portray a range of fleshmunching inmates, only some of whom still have pulses.
