BERNARD REEDY
Citizens of the sports world pitched in to help those battered by hurricanes Harvey and Irma, but Reedy, the Bucs wideout, was most generous with his time. He didn’t evacuate. Instead, he stayed local and continued his side job of transporting wheelchair bound folks who needed assistance in avoiding Irma. “I’m able to run and stuff but some of these people can’t run,” Reedy said. “….It was a no brainer. I got a couple of calls saying the team was evacuating but I told them, ‘Naw, I’m gonna stay.’”
