NICK TAKES IT TO THE STREETS

Turban-clad joined demonstrators in Missouri protesting the acquittal of former St. Louis Police Officer who had been charged with first-degree murder last year in the 2011 on-duty shooting of Anthony Smith. The ex-“America’s Got Talent” host, who was wearing a jersey (right), was there for the earlier part of the march, which featured more than 1,000 people peacefully protesting. After it was over, organizers urged people to go home — but a smaller band stayed, storefronts were smashed and at least six people were arrested.
