2nd scare at Israel’s HQ

A SUSPICIOUS package at the Israeli Consulate, the second one in a week, brought the FBI and NYPD to its Midtown door on Monday, officials said.

The package was discovered around 2 p.m. at the Second Ave. building at 42nd St. It wasn’t immediately clear how it arrived, police said.

Investigators had yet to determine if it contained hazardous materials.

The consulate also went into lockdown Friday, when a letter threatening the Israeli leader arrived full of powder.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was in the city Monday to deliver a speech to the United Nations General Assembly.
