Students: Pray for acid tosser

THE AMERICAN college students attacked with acid at a French train station are urging compassion for their mentally ill assailant.

Boston College students Michelle Krug, of White Plains, and Charlotte Kaufman, of Long Island, were with two friends Sunday in Marseille when a woman splashed them with a weak solution of hydrochloric acid.

“I ask that if you send thoughts and prayers our way, please consider thinking about/praying for our attacker so that she may receive the help she needs and deserves,” Krug posted on Facebook.
