ECKS & BACON

-

Las Vegas -

Do you find it ODD that the Angels with Tyler Skaggs (2-5) are a small favorite over the Indians with Mike Clevinger (10-5)? Hmmmmmm.

If you look at the records, of both the starting pitchers, and the teams, Cleveland should be an overwhelming favorite. So, why not? The Indians have already clinched the division, and might be resting a few players during the last two weeks. While Los Angeles is still fighting for a Wild Card, and will bring it 100% every night.

And if you look at Skaggs the last time out, he was nasty, allowing only 3 hits and 0 earned runs over 7 innings. Clevinger’s last outing wasn’t horrible, as he gave up just 1 earned run over 5 innings, but he was rocked for 6 hits. Gimme a little taste of those Angels.

Back in the black with a nice little +$95 pickup for the week. And the grind continues.
