Negativity is often justified on the basis of being real, though it’s just as real to look for the opportunity in every situation, to focus on learning and to see the best in others. Real is what you say is real, and you can take a chance on expressing that in a creative and adventurous way. You share a birthday with Michael Faraday, Andrea Bocelli and Billie Piper. MARCH 21-APRIL 19 Big changes are coming, and you’ll get a taste of them today. Some of the most positive outcomes will happen when you least expect them, such as when something seems to go wrong. Take the chance to reassess your situation and ask yourself if there’s a better way to do things. APRIL 20-MAY 20 Several different factors in your solar chart are encouraging you to stretch your limits and even attempt the impossible. If you proceed in a spirit of adventure and respect for life, you can do that safely and with interesting results. Make a personal policy of learning from everything and everyone. MAY 21-JUNE 20 Cultivating self-esteem can take some work. Most of that involves learning how to be emotionally independent. You seem ready to let go of certain emotional or family ties that were not serving your happiness. Ultimately this will strengthen you and your relationships. It’s challenging at first, and it gets easier. JUNE 21-JULY 22 Notice how abundant you are: you always have a little extra to share, whether it’s food, space in your home, or the love and appreciation of others. The more you’re aware of this, and the more you offer yourself, the safer and happier you will feel. And you’ll set a helpful example to others. JULY 23-AUG. 22 You’re reaching the end of a long phase of selfdiscovery. Rather than do that modern-life thing of moving onto the next matter, perhaps pause and consider what you’ve discovered, what you’ve learned, and what in truth it means to you. Use your rare gift of being honest with yourself. AUG. 23-SEPT. 22 The Sun leaves your sign today, which is a turning point for you and the world, known as the equinox. This is a time of balance, and you surely could use some of that. Yet many adventures are ahead. Mercury, Venus and Mars in your sign portray you as someone with a mission. SEPT. 23-OCT. 22 Today the Sun enters your birth sign, which will help you cast off the mentally intense quality of the past month. There’s such a thing as overthinking, and you’ve probably been up to that. You’ve long needed a breath of freedom, some space to move around and a vacation from your mind. OCT. 23-NOV. 21 Today is a day to dream big, and to honor your vision for your own life. You may not think it’s attainable, though that’s also true of so much that so many people have accomplished. Nearly everything we see around us, in the world of people and of things, was once considered impossible. NOV. 22-DEC. 21 Today the Sun enters one of the most visible, social and all-around beautiful angles of your solar chart, represented by the sign Libra. You have plenty going on at work, though you can make some time to get out of the office, and spend some quality social time with people you care about. DEC. 22-JAN. 19 Some unusual and unplanned circumstance may offer you an advantage or opportunity. Yet you’ll have to see this for what it is, and try something that may seem unusual or contrary to your usual nature. Notice how this works: it’s one method of expanding your world, and your mind. JAN. 20-FEB. 18 Today the Sun enters the angle of your chart associated with your long-range plans and your vision for your life. You may be reminded of ideas that you’ve been brewing for a year or so, and finally have the energy to act upon. Yet if you listen carefully, you may hear a whole new song. FEB. 19-MARCH 20 You have a different calling in your relationships from many people around you, and this is especially true now. If your encounters with others don’t follow the usual prescribed path of romance, do not worry. There’s something much better and more meaningful available to you, in this very moment.
