BROWNS at COLTS

- HANK’S HONEYS: IF I WERE A BETTING MAN:

Brownies haven’t been favored on the road since a 2014 game at Jacksonville. The Browns are an improved team. They just haven’t been able to show it with the final score. Now they enter a three-game stretch against the Colts, Bengals and Jets, all dregs. DeShone Kizer’s migraines led to a miserable game by the rookie, but the Browns still made plays down the field for the second straight week. Gregg Williams has been doing some nice things with the defense, and should really turn it up against selfdestructive Jacoby Brissett.

Browns and the over.
