1 dead, 1 hurt in subway hits

TWO PEOPLE were struck by Brooklyn trains — one fatally — in separate incidents Friday.

A 37-year-old woman was hit by an oncoming F train at the Avenue X station in Sheepshead Bay about 2:15 p.m., police said. She was walking between cars before she fell on the tracks. She died at the scene.

The MTA temporaril­y halted trains between Kings Highway and Coney Island in both directions as police investigat­ed.

Earlier in the day and about 4 miles away, a 29-year-old man jumped in front of a Manhattanb­ound N train at the Eighth Ave. station in Sunset Park, police said.

Medics rushed him to Maimonides Medical Center after he made the leap around 9 a.m. He is in critical condition but expected to survive, officials said.
