Mooch: Fine, the kid’s mine
HE’S A mini-Mooch after all.
Anthony Scaramucci, President Trump’s former pottymouthed spokesman, is no longer contesting the paternity of his estranged wife’s newborn son, the Daily News has learned.
Scaramucci’s decision to drop the daddy DNA testing request came on the first day of his divorce proceeding from his wife, Deidre Ball, sources said.
Both appeared with their lawyers in Nassau County Supreme Court in Mineola on Tuesday.
They made a brief appearance before Judge Hope Zimmerman before huddling up in a closeddoor meeting to hash out a settlement. So far, no deal has been reached.
“We hope it can be resolved amicably,” said Leonard Sperber, a lawyer for The Mooch.
