Terry Collins says he wasn’t focused on the Mets’ Citi Field finale on Wednesday likely being his last, but the manager already knows which games in Flushing will remain etched in his memory. “Game 1, Game 5 in 2015,” Collins said, referring to his first home game as Mets skipper in 2011 and the team’s last in its World Series defeat to the Royals. “Those will probably stay with me forever.”

Collins is not expected to return for an eighth season in 2018, as the team rebuilds its roster with an offseason shake-up to its coaching staff looming.

The 68-year-old, who holds the Mets’ record for games managed, said
