JIM CARREY’S late girlfriend was “pressured” by her estranged husband and lawyer to falsely accuse the actor of giving her herpes in 2013 shortly after a botched wax job left her “bumps,” a lawsuit filed Friday claims.

The complaint, filed by Carrey, says the men took advantage of Cathriona White’s anger over her January 2013 breakup with him and urged her to seek “millions of dollars” with her fabricated allegation.

Filed by Carrey as a countersuit to the wrongful-death claims already pending against him, the suit says White actually had herpes before they started dating in September 2012.

It alleges White, who committed suicide in 2015, got the bad wax job around Jan. 20, 2013, and sent a picture to husband Mark Burton.Carrey said he had no choice but to file his countersuit after Burton and White’s estranged mother, Brigid Sweetman, launched new legal claims saying he caused White’s suicide in September 2015.

“I will not give in a second time to these same fraudulent charges initiated by Cat’s husband in name but not substance, Mark Burton, and her estranged mother,” Carrey said.
