A BROOKLYN COUPLE was busted for trying to kidnap a teenager by dragging her into their car, police said Friday.

Ortiz, who was driving, got out of the gray BMW and tried to wave the girl into an open passenger-side door, according to surveillance video released by cops.

Lynch — his female partner in crime — can be seen smoking a cigarette in the front seat. Ortiz eventually grabbed the girl’s arm and tried to pull her inside the vehicle but she was able to break free, police said.

Medics rushed Daley, who lived in nearby Mount Vernon, to Jacobi Medical Center, where he died, authorities said. A person was taken into custody at the scene but not immediately charged, police said.
