$1M bail in butt death

A WOMAN charged with killing a Harlem mom in a cash-only butt enhancement procedure gone wrong was ordered held on $1 million bail Friday.

Allison Spence, 44, was part of a fly-by-night operation that used a Dunkin Donuts in Gramercy Park as a waiting room, prosecutor Harrison Schweiloch said at her arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court. Bynum, 31, died two weeks after the procedure.

Spence (photo) is charged with manslaughter. Her lawyer maintained that Spence did not deliver the fatal injections.
