A MAN ACCUSED of slashing an Uber driver during a road rage incident in Midtown turned himself in early Friday, police said. Steven Graham, 35, surrendered to cops at the Midtown North Precinct about 2 a.m. and was charged with assault. He was driving a Ford Windstar down W.50th St. when he tried to pass the 25-year-old Uber driver on the right near Seventh Ave. about 3:45 p.m. Thursday. The Uber driver wouldn’t let Graham pass, sparking an argument. Graham then allegedly got out of his minivan with a knife and slashed his victim, cops said. The Uber driver suffered minor injuries.
