For being oblivious. In an emotional ESPN soliloquy, the former coach said

comments concerning NFL players who kneeled during the national anthem were “appalling.” Ryan supported Trump during the campaign but now says he “never signed up” for someone who would trash NFL players for exercising their right to protest. Hello? So we guess Rex didn’t find it “appalling” when audio of Trump’s disgusting “’locker room talk” surfaced and wasn’t upset over any other of the many Trump words designed to divide. Or his Muslim bashing. So, NOW Ryan is appalled? What a phony.
