TWO BROOKLYN detectives accused of sexually attacking a teen after cuffing her for a drug charge will “pay the price” if the allegations are true, NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill said Tuesday in his first public comments about the investigation.

“Not all 36,000 cops deserve to wear their shield around their neck,” O’Neill said. “If these two detectives did something wrong, then they’ll pay the price.”

Brooklyn South Narcotics detectives Richard Hall and Eddie Martins have been placed on desk duty and stripped of their guns and shields.

The 18-year-old accuser revisited the scene with her family and lawyer Tuesday. “They just wanted to go back to basically re-create what happened,” her lawyer, Michael David, said. “She took it very hard. She broke down.”

She said the detectives approached her and two friends in a Bath Beach park the night of Sept. 14, handcuffed her after finding pot and an anxiety drug in a bag next to her, then drove her to a secluded spot. One of the detectives raped her and both forced her to perform a sex act, according to her account.

The detectives said the sex was consensual.
