spent his Tuesday night at the South Street Seaport, where all the buzz was about what was going into his mouth rather than coming out of it. The 91-year-old “The Good Life” singer (above) enjoyed an eight-course meal cooked up by superchef at the Lure Group’s Seaport Food Lab on Front St. Bennett and Dufresne are both praised for their reimagination of American classics, with the latter known as “the King of Molecular Gastronomy.”
