spent his Tuesday night at the South Street Seaport, where all the buzz was about what was going into his mouth rather than coming out of it. The 91-year-old “The Good Life” singer (above) enjoyed an eight-course meal cooked up by superchef at the Lure Group’s Seaport Food Lab on Front St. Bennett and Dufresne are both praised for their reimaginat­ion of American classics, with the latter known as “the King of Molecular Gastronomy.”
