CLEVELAND — You ostensibly have one job as a pinch-runner, and that is to not get picked off, especially late in a close game. Say it ain’t Toe, Ronald Torreyes. The sparkplug utility man has enjoyed a terrific season in that role for the Yankees, but Torreyes made a massive blunder when he was picked off second base for the first out of the 11th inning of their 9-8 ALDS loss in 13 to the Indians on Friday night.
