IT’S SELF-DEFENSE, STUPID!

A man has been accused of murder for defending himself from a knife attack and defending his employer’s store from robbery. No, it’s true.

After an argument and attempted robbery at A&S Candy Grocery store on W. 145th St. near Lenox Ave., two men returned to the store and one slashed at store clerk Ahmad Hafeed.

Hafeed, defending himself, also reached for a knife and during the struggle, stabbed the would-be assailant, who then died.

Hafeed even managed to tell a woman to leave the store
