Bike sicko flashes 12-yr.-old girl in Qns.

A CREEP on a bicycle pulled down his pants and exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl in Queens, police said Tuesday.

Cops released a video of the perv, and are asking the public’s help finding him.

The man (inset) approached the preteen girl near Seneca Ave. and Stephen St. in Ridgewood at about 4 p.m. on Oct. 2, police said.

He asked her for a piece of paper, and when she reached into her book bag and turned to hand it for him, his pants were pulled down, with his privates exposed, cops said.

The girl ran home and told her mom, who contacted police.

Cops describe the man as Hispanic, between 18 and 25 years old, with a light complexion, a muscular build and dark hair. He wore a black jacket with white stripes down the arms and blue jeans.
