Gal cuffed in stab slay

A LONGSTANDING feud between two Brooklyn neighbors came to a bloody end Wednesday night, authorities said.

Police responding to a call about a fight on Surf Ave. at W. 20th St. in Coney Island found Shymeka Tart, 31, dead in the hallway of her apartment just after 9:30 p.m. cops said. Tart was knifed in the chest.

A witness pointed police to the alleged attacker — a 40-year-old woman who was still on the gruesome scene, police sources said. Cops took her into custody immediately.

Her name has not been released, and charges against her were pending.

Medics took Tart to Coney Island Hospital, where she died.John
