Vegas Pt. 2 guy will stay in jail

- Andrew Keshner

A BROOKLYN federal judge refused to spring a man accused of pledging a repeat of the Las Vegas massacre after an app company shut down his account.

Victor Casillas, 34, has been in federal custody since his Tuesday arrest on charges of making the murderous threats against a Colorado company that thought he was trying to scam them out of their referral bonuses.

Casillas invoked the Oct. 1 massacre three days after 58 people were fatally shot by gunman Stephen Paddock.

“GET READY FOR A LAS VEGAS REPEAT (Final Warning),” Casillas allegedly wrote on Oct. 4, according to court papers.

His lawyer said Casillas’ landlord does not want him to return to his 34th St. pad, because of the publicity surrounding his arrest.

Casillas will undergo mental evaluations in custody.

He faces up to 20 years in prison.
