Train hothead stomps, bashes rider

A HEARTLESS THIEF pummeled an elderly Greenwich Village woman during a purse-snatching that was caught on camera Friday, police said.

The ruthless goon slugged his 81-yearold victim in the back of the head as she walked through the door of her building on W. 13th St. near Seventh Ave. around 7 p.m., authoritie­s said.

Surveillan­ce video released by cops AN ENRAGED straphange­r severely beat a fellow subway rider after he complained that the maniac stepped on his foot on a rush hour train in Brooklyn Friday, cops said.

The two were riding a southbound R subway train as it rumbled toward the 36th St. station in Sunset Park around 3:45 p.m. when the suspect crushed the commuter’s toes, according to CALL THIS GUY the Surf & Turf bandit.

Divine Johnson was sentenced Friday in Brooklyn federal court to 9½ years behind bars for sticking up the barbecue joint Hill Country in Downtown Brooklyn and robbing a nearby fish warehouse days later.

Johnson, 30 and an accomplice held up a Hill Country manager at gunpoint in September 2015, according to court papers.

During the robbery, Johnson, touched the safe, leaving DNA evidence behind. The pair made off with about $9,000 in cash. A judge ordered Johnson to pay back the eatery.

Days after the smoked meat money grab, prosecutor­s said Johnson hit a commercial fish warehouse near the Brooklyn Navy Yard. He admitted to participat­ing in the heist so he could make $10,000. A PSYCHIATRI­ST was charged Friday with orchestrat­ing the attempted murder — by sledgehamm­er — of her child’s father five years ago.

Pamela Buchbinder, 48, was charged with attempted murder, burglary and attempted assault for allegedly convincing her troubled teenage cousin to stab and beat fellow shrink Michael Weiss at his home office on W. 57th St. on Nov. 11, 2012. Buchbinder (photo) pleaded not guilty and was ordered held without bail at her arraignmen­t in Manhattan Supreme Court on Friday. She was caught on surveillan­ce buying a sledgehamm­er at Home Depot in Chelsea for her relative, Jacob Nolan, who was previously convicted in Weiss’ bludgeonin­g and knifing, prosecutor­s said.

Nolan was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2016. shows the crook winding up and delivering three more gut-wrenching blows to the woman’s head as she crumples to the ground.

The man briefly turned back toward the door but returned and grabbed the woman’s handbag, the footage reveals.

The beaten woman was bruised and battered but she refused medical attention, according to cops. authoritie­s. When the 30-year-old victim mentioned the misstep, the young creep (photo) punched him in the face, police said.

The attack continued with a volley of furious blows to the head. Medics rushed the badly-beaten man to Lutheran Hospital in critical but stable condition, authoritie­s said. His assailant is still at large.
