AN EX-CON ON parole — who tried to shoot two cops in 2009 but failed when his gun jammed — has been arrested on drug dealing charges in Brooklyn, authorities said Saturday.

Angel Rivera was cuffed Thursday after detectives learned he was allegedly dealing drugs out of a building on 73rd St. near 17th Ave. in Bensonhurst, according to Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget Brennan’s office.

Rivera, 32, was naked when cops burst in around 6 a.m. He tried to hop back into bed with 29-year-old Jesina Caba and a 10-year-old child, according to court papers.

Cops say they found 300 grams of cocaine along with ammo and cash in the bedroom.

Elsewhere in the apartment, investigators discovered 100 grams of cocaine, oxycodone, heroin, a gun and eight pounds of marijuana, authorities said.

Caba was also arrested — along with Vincent Arcelay, 35, and Tatyana Kulruliyera, 28, who live in the apartment’s other bedroom. All four were hit with several drug charges.

Rivera was ordered held on $500,000 bail at his arraignment Thursday night.

Rivera was drinking with two men when cops confronted him inside a stairway in the Marlboro Houses in Gravesend around 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2009.

Rivera, who was wearing a bulletproof vest, ran toward his fourth-floor apartment when cops tried to question the trio.

He turned back and tried to fire his 9-mm. pistol at the officers, who were still in pursuit, but the gun jammed and its magazine fell out, police said.

The cops struggled with Rivera for control of the weapon while his 43-year-old mother Rosa yelled: “Shoot the cops! Shoot the cops!” sources said.

His mother and 18-year-old sister, Rosangela Rivera, were both arrested for interfering in the arrest, cops said.

Rivera’s drinking buddies and several others were also collared for allegedly tossing the gun’s magazine into a garbage chute, police said

Rivera was convicted of attempted aggravated assault on a police officer with a deadly weapon and weapon possession and sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison.

He was released on parole in 2015, records show.
