KYLIE TAKES A LIP SMACK

Secret deal over swiping glossy logo for show

KYLIE JENNER’S lip legal battles are sealed.

Jenner has settled a lawsuit claiming she injected elements of an artist’s painting depicting lips into promotions for her TV show.

The reportedly pregnant reality star, 20, reached the pact on “confidential terms” with artist Sara Pope, leading Pope to dismiss the case over the weekend, according to court papers.

Pope sued Jenner for copyright infringement in July, naming E! Entertainment, NBC Universal and visual effects house the Mill Group as co-defendants.

The artist claimed Jenner and her production partners knowingly copied Pope’s 2015 work “Temptation Neon” without permission in social media posts and in a video promoting Jenner’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” spinoff series, “Life of Kylie.”

Pope said the images were nearly identical — with highly glossed lips in a specific “lip bite” pose, ringed with a neon tube and dripping wet.

“Defendants sought to build a brand through artwork that captures glamour, intimacy and power,” the artist’s lawsuit filed in Federal Court in Los Angeles stated.

“By their zeal, they found ‘Temptation Neon,’ and they copied it for their own profit — without consent, credit, or compensation.”

Pope dismissed her action “with prejudice” in an online filing dated Saturday, meaning she would be barred from bringing the case again.

The court had set a Monday deadline for E! to answer the complaint.

In her original filing, Pope highlighted a recent lawsuit that accused Jenner and her supermodel sister, Kendall Jenner, 21, of using unlicensed photos of the Notorious B.I.G., Tupac Shakur and other music icons for Tshirts that featured the sisters’ faces. The fashion fiasco ended with the sisters taking the shirts off the market.
