Bethenny’s ex settles stalk rap

BETHENNY FRANKEL’S exhusband took a deal Monday to dismiss charges he stalked and harassed the “Real Housewives of New York” star.

If Jason Hoppy, Frankel’s 47-year-old ex, stays out of trouble for six months, his case will be dismissed in Manhattan Criminal Court. Hoppy, accused of peppering the 46-year-old “Skinny Girl” proprietor (photo) with aggressive texts and emails, previously balked at settling.

Assistant District Attorney Travis Wolf said Hoppy, who also appeared on the hit show, had no previous arrests and that “a portion of the communications pertained to the complainant’s and defendant’s custody agreement.”

Frankel, who has a 7-year-old daughter with Hoppy, alleged harassment beginning in August 2016. Hoppy’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, said Monday: “It is clear . . . that her claims were not substantiated and credited, and her motive was questioned.”
