Seal off the subways and keep a raft of rafts handy, because we ain’t seen nothing yet. So say scientists gauging how often Gotham, which survived a superstorm five years ago, will get hit again. Storms bringing sea surges approachin­g Sandy’s size once arrived in New York City every 500 years. Of late, they’ve come every 25 years or so. New prediction: By 2030, they’ll arrive every five years. Ugh.
