Lawyer’s tight ties to Kremlin

THE RUSSIAN lawyer who met with Donald Trump Jr. at Trump Tower offering damaging info on Hillary Clinton shared her talking points with a top official in Moscow months earlier, according to a report Friday.

Natalia Veselnitskaya went over the info she shared with Russia’s prosecutor general even though she has repeatedly claimed she had no contact with the Kremlin, The New York Times reported.

President Trump’s son came under fire when details of the June 2016 meeting with Veselnitskaya, then Trump Campaign Chairman Paul Manafort and Trump son-inlaw Jared Kushner were revealed.

Trump Jr. confirmed he met with the lawyer last year after being told she had information that could be “helpful” to his father’s campaign, but contended she didn’t have anything to offer.
