This special county park is home to a variety of tours, classes and family friendly activities. Family owned and operated Harvest Moon Farm & Orchards has a wealth of seasonal events to explore. Besides pumpkin picking a-plenty, visitors can experience a spot in the new outdoor seating area and enjoy fresh food and hard cider, made on site.
Westchester is a happening site in the foodie scene. Hudson’s Farmer & the Fish is a brand new addition to the dining scene. Sister to its popular neighbor in Purdy’s and the original location in Gramercy Park, the new counterpart is a true farm-to-table fish house set near the beautiful Hudson River in Sleepy Hollow.
Captain Lawrence Brewing Company opened in 2006 with a small 15 barrel brew house. A dozen years later, Captain Lawrence is home to a 40 barrel brew house. Their innovative beers and seasonal beers are popular among visitors.
