Spacey was ‘toxic’ perv: ‘Cards’ crew

- Rachel DeSantis

A GROUP of Kevin Spacey’s “House of Cards” co-workers called him “predatory,” and one said the actor sexually assaulted him, a report Thursday said.

Spacey created a “toxic” workplace, eight people who work or used to work on the Netflix hit told CNN. A production assistant said Spacey assaulted him.

All eight accused Spacey of unwanted touching, lewd comments and targeting young men on the staff, according to CNN.

Also Thursday, a former teen actor who says he had trysts with Spacey during the mid-1980s told Vulture the actor tried to rape him when he was 14.

The now 48-year-old man, who opted to remain anonymous, told Vulture he met Spacey, now 58, in 1981. The alleged attempted rape occurred at the star’s Upper West Side apartment. “I always have said, ‘He tried to rape me.’ I told him I didn’t want that, he went again to do it, I told him no, he went again and pushed harder and grabbed me and pushed harder,” the man recalled. Spacey’s lawyer said the actor “absolutely denies” the allegations.

Spacey’s agency, CAA, and publicist, Staci Wolfe, dropped the actor late Thursday, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
