HANK’S HONEYS: If either of these mediocre-at-best teams is going to go on a second-half run it’s the Ravens. Really, should the Titans be giving this many points to anyone? Looks as though Joe Flacco will make it through the concussion protocol as up and down Ravens try to follow up a blowout win over Dolphins. Key is Titans’ inability to rush the passer, which should give Flacco more confidence in the pocket. Ravens seemed to find something on defense vs. Miami and that’s where this team has traditionally won games. Titans are coming off their bye week so Marcus Mariota will be better physically.
