3 busted in bid to pimp runaway kid

- Laura Dimon

COPS BUSTED three women from Pennsylvania for attempting to pimp out a teenage runaway in the Bronx, authorities said Monday.

The 17-year-old victim told cops that she encountered the suspects —Aleesa Mciver, 27, Alexandra Mciver, 18, and Tiffani Jardina, 19 — after fleeing a group home in Philadelphia.

The women told her they were on their way to California and agreed to give her a ride when she asked to come along, cops said.

But the road trip took a disturbing twist on Friday when the trio brought the runaway to a Bronx hotel room and told her she’d have to make some money. She refused and escaped to a McDonald’s near E. Gun Hill Road and Boston Road in Williamsbridge, police sources said.

A Good Samaritan inside the restaurant spotted the teen, who was crying, and flagged down nearby cops.

The runaway was able to identify the women she said tried to act as her pimps, and cops caught up with them in the Bronx the next day.

The suspects are charged with promoting prostitution of a person under 19.

According to a listing on the National Center on Missing and Exploited Children website, the 17-year-old was reported missing from Lancaster, Pa., on July 16.
