A BRONX TEEN shot in the head on Halloween has died, police said Tuesday.

Luis Vargas, 16, was one of three people hit by gunfire outside of a bodega on Randall Ave. near Pugsley Ave. in Castle Hill just before 9 p.m. on Oct. 31, cops said.

A 15-year-old boy was hit in the left leg and a 24-year-old man was shot in the right leg.

Medics rushed all three to Jacobi Hospital, where Vargas died of his injuries on Saturday, police said. No arrests have been made.

Vargas’ death has left his devastated family demanding answers.

“We’re just holding on right now,” his outraged father, Edwin Vargas, 51, said Tuesday. “Whoever murdered him has to be brought to justice. His death was senseless.”

Police said Vargas, a junior at the Antonia Pantoja Preparatory Academy, and the other teen were outside the store when teens from another housing development approached and began arguing them. Soon after, bullets began flying.
