Queens cyclist flasher susp busted

A CRUEL robber on a bicycle stole a measly three bucks from a 9-year-old boy waiting for a school bus in Brooklyn, cops said Wednesday.

The sad Oct. 26 scene was caught on video, and now police are asking the public’s help finding the creep.

The robber rolled up on his young prey at about 8 a.m., near Spencer St. and DeKalb Ave. in BedfordStu­yvesant.

He demanded the boy’s belongings, then snatched $3 out of his hand and rode away, cops said. COPS SAY they’ve put the brakes on a bicycle-riding terror who flashed several teen and preteen girls in Queens.

A tipster led cops to arrest Christophe­r Carrero, 23, of Brooklyn, charging him in a half-dozen public lewdness incidents over the past six months.

The victims more cases in three couldn’t positively cops said.

Carrero pedaled up to his victims, all girls between 11 and 15 years old, and asked for a piece of paper, police said. He’d then expose his penis and ride off, police said.

He faces six counts each of public lewdness and child endangerme­nt. identify him,
