It’s Gray Lady vs. fake lady
SHE’S FAKE NEWS!
The New York Times sued a Queens woman Thursday, saying she posed as one of its reporters for at least two years.
Contessa Bourbon identified herself as a reporter for the Gray Lady in May 2015, asking questions during a Brookings Institution event and interviewing the Turkish ambassador, the lawsuit charges. She questioned Education Secretary Betsy DeVos under the guise of The Times in May — and even has a bogus business card, court papers say.
Bourbon describes herself on Twitter as “Journalist for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, London Times, Guardian, Washington Post: Queen of BARCELONA.”
The court filing says Bourbon never worked for The Times, which seeks an order preventing her from posing as one of its reporters.
