Go lightly on the tea: It’s breakfast at Tiffany’s!
PRESS YOUR black Givenchy dress and fetch your pearls from the vault — breakfast at Tiffany’s is on.
The world-famous Fifth Ave. store is opening the Blue Box Cafe on Friday, a dining area dripping in the jeweler’s signature shade of blue, sure to delight every Holly Golightly wannabe who traipses through the building’s gilded front doors.
The Instagram-worthy restaurant will serve seasonal, American classics on Tiffany blue china to diners perched on blue slip-covered chairs on the fourth floor, according to Vanity Fair.
It’s part of the store’s recent renovation that added a luxury home and accessories collection.
Breakfast is a flat $29 per person and $39 at lunch — including a starter and main course. High tea, featuring a variety of hot tea options and a spread of finger sandwiches, is $49.
The restaurant, which will be open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays, is not accepting reservations, a Tiffany’s representative told the Daily News.
