Cornerback Morris Claiborne (foot) and right guard Brian Winters (abdomen) both returned to practice in a limited role Thursday. Claiborne hadn’t practiced since injuring his foot in a Week 8 loss to the Falcons. Winters first suffered his muscle pull in Week 2 at the
