KP FROM LATVIA, G’AHEAD:

Expect a unicorn sighting on Saturday night at the Garden.

Kristaps Porzingis plans to return to the lineup when the Knicks take on the Sacramento Kings after their 7-foot-3 leading scorer sat out Wednesday’s loss in Orlando with right elbow and left ankle injuries.

“I’m feeling good. My body’s feeling good,” Porzingis said Friday in a WFAN interview. “I’ve recovered from the little ankle thing that I had and the elbow’s also feeling good, the swelling went down.

“So I’ll be ready to go tomorrow, probably.”

Porzingis, who didn’t speak with reporters after practice, is averaging 30 points per game, setting the franchise record for most points through 10 games of a season.

“He’s improved his game like most young kids,” Knicks coach Jeff Hornacek said. “They work on things over the summer. He’s gotten stronger, he’s got that mid-range game down now. The game has slowed for him. So he knows exactly what he wants to do with the ball. He’s not forcing anything, and playing with great confidence.”

Porzingis paid homage to soon-to-be-departing longtime WFAN host Mike Francesa at the opening of his 12-minute radio interview, joking, “Before we start, I want to say one thing, Mike. First time, long time.”
